You can’t improve what happens in every branch if you can’t see it.

01

Performance is scattered

Sales reports, group chats, spreadsheets, logbooks, and memory each hold only part of the story.

02

Standards vary by visit

Without structured checkpoints, store quality depends on who happened to inspect the branch.

03

Good work goes unseen

Reliable frontline employees deserve a clear, consistent path to recognition and rewards.

Every signal becomes a fairer performance picture.

Merti brings the daily evidence together, applies the organization’s rules, and gives managers and employees the same understandable result.

Built inside real frontline operations

Merti started with Coffee First.

As the coffee chain expanded across kiosks and inline branches, performance could no longer live in spreadsheets, random store visits, and disconnected conversations. Merti was shaped around the reality of rotating shifts, branch quotas, daily standards, attendance decisions, and the need to recognize reliable employees fairly.

Coffee First is the starting point. Merti is designed for every organization that runs through frontline teams.

Merti fits into your operation—not the other way around.

Keep the tools that already work. Merti’s organization-scoped event model is designed to receive data from POS, HR, attendance, payroll, and spreadsheet workflows.

How do certificates work?+

Employees can keep external and Merti-issued certificates in Merti. Administrators review submissions, and issued certificates support downloadable PDFs and a public QR verification page. Learning itself belongs in a separate LMS; an LMS connection is not required to manage certificates.

Can Mira make changes to our records?+

No. Mira provides permission-aware, read-only analysis and operational alerts for enabled organizations. Managers remain responsible for decisions and changes.

Is Merti an HRMS?+

Merti is primarily an operations and performance platform. Employee records, scheduling, attendance, payroll, and cash advances support the performance system rather than define it.

Can we configure our own scoring rules?+

Yes. Organizations can version branch check-in categories, questions, and weights, and configure quota, incentive, late-deduction, holiday, and payroll rules. Merti keeps completed records tied to the rules used at that time.

Can different branches use different schedules?+

Yes. Operating hours and weekly employee assignments can vary by branch and by week, including overnight and 24-hour operations.

Can employees see how their score was calculated?+

Yes. The employee experience is designed to show scores, leaderboard position, timelogs, rewards, payslips, and relevant status changes.

Can Merti work without payroll?+

Yes. Organizations can begin with operations, scheduling, attendance, and performance, then enable payroll capabilities when they are ready.

Can Merti connect to our existing systems?+

Merti is designed around organization-scoped events so POS, HR, attendance, and payroll systems can be integrated without changing the scoring model.
